Canadian Government Tortures American Exposing Police Run Drug Ring: His Wife And Son Missing
Toronto police apparently are a den of corruption and vice, as bad as any mob or other criminal organization, and when they were exposed, they took retribution on an American citizen who brought it out into the open–according to an article by CBC News. He was imprisoned and tortured for several years, and the Canadian government presented the US Government with an UNSIGNED WAIVER of his rights that supposedly was justification for this heinous act.
The Canadian government went so far in their attempt to cover up what happened as to deny that Loper had ever lived in Canada (his wife is Canadian), and dumped him at the US border. The Canadian government had to recant that assertion however, after Loper was able to present documents exposing the lie of the Canadian government, showing that in fact he had lived there.
Many American government officials are not doing anything about this story because they don’t want to make waves and don’t want to upset the Canadian government. However, it is time for the American people to remind our government that it works for the American people, not Canada or any other nation, not foreign corporations, not special interest groups, and certainly not corrupt police officers running drug operations in Toronto Ontario.
Contact your representatives in Congress and demand action and demand accountability by the Canadian government. This outrage cannot stand. If the US government will do nothing to protect American citizens, it does not deserve our obedience nor our allegiance. It is time to start forcing our leaders to do their jobs.

Comparing Tactics Of WTO Negotiations To Nazis
The headlines all sound like everyone is so shocked that Brazilian Foreign Minister, Celso Amorim, made a comment which is true. He said that certain tactics employed by certain governments negotiating in the Doha trade round reminded him of the sort of things Nazis did. What’s the big deal?
It’s absolutely true.
Especially where he takes them to task for misrepresenting the talks and the ulterior motives many of the more industrial nations have in engaging in the talks. Contrary to what the headlines suggest and the official reaction of those retards who lead our country, I’m glad to hear someone in politics telling it like it is. Wish we had a few more of those sorts of politicians in our own country (and no, moonbats don’t tell it like it is) to help Ron Paul out.
“Goebbels used to say if you repeat a lie several times it becomes a truth,” Amorim said. And that is exactly one of the tools in the propaganda toolbox of all nations, including the United States’ own political toolbox. In fact, George Bush’s Presidency has pretty much been built upon that premise, as have the Clinton’s careers. WMD’s, blue dresses and airport snipers come to mind.
Are the WTO negotiators really that shocked at the accusation, or just the fact someone sees their tactics for what they are and called them on it? Our government and others are doing many things the Nazi regime once did, and have done the same or worse in the past. The recent revelation of the US military doing nothing and thereby condoning the machine-gunning of thousands of innocent civilian Koreans in the Korean War is merely one disgusting example of how our government hypocritically condones and allows atrocities and war crimes to occur…even AFTER using those same excuses to wage war on Germany.
What’s shocking isn’t that the Brazilian Foreign Minister made the accusations, but that more people don’t know enough about politics and history to realize it is true that our government has agencies and politicians and workers in it every bit as corrupt or morally decrepit as any that served in the Nazi regime, and that they use the same tactics, and have perpetrated or condoned more than a fair share of evils of their own. Large industrial nations’ governments are just more subtle in the way they persecute, kill, poison, imprison, destroy other nations, impose their will, take resources and enslave the masses.
Where it isn’t so subtle is the terrible acting by those serving in governments.

Social Network For Book Lovers: GoodReads.com
If you haven’t come across it yet, you might want to check it out if you’re a book lover. GoodReads.com is a social networking site for the lover of literature, and if you’re wanting to find, well, good reads, you will find a lot of suggestions from others.
It is a nice concept really. People reviewing books and sharing thoughts on various topics and authors…and publishing information and the ability to order any books you come across are right at hand. Nifty.
You might even strike up some friendships. If so, you can add those newfound friends to your friends list, much like other social networks. It’s a nice niche social network for those who are tired of getting swamped with pointless widgets or “poked” on Facebook and thousands of irrelevant bulletins and invites to events in another reality on MySpace.
Check out GoodReads.com (which also has author bios and information). You might enjoy it!
[A very special thanks to CJ for introducing me to the site.

Check Out DrunkDuck
For those comic fans out there, I thought you might enjoy this site.
DrunkDuck - The Webcomics Community
If you have an interest in comics you will likely find something here that will catch your attention. Topics of the comics you will find indexed are as varied as the styles of art you will stumble across. I checked a few out and had quite a few laughs doing so. It’s a great site and worth a peek.
The tongue-in-cheek retro style of I Was Kidnapped By Lesbian Pirates From Outer Space - A Salacious Tale Of Seduction And Lust is but one example of what you might find. Enjoy.

American Dream: That Is Just How They Like It
It does not matter which candidate you voted for. Delegates don’t all have to vote for the person the people expect them to. This is what many people (including myself) are tired of.
An article on Yahoo! explains part of the problem for those who aren’t aware issues with the electoral process. It’s basic government, but you would be surprised at the number of college graduates unaware of it. While many might understand the electoral college exists, there are just as many that don’t understand how it works. It is the same with the primaries and securing delegates for party nominations.
Most people mistakenly think their vote has to be honored. It doesn’t.
This is why we need a complete reform of the system. In America, the establishment controls the election of the next President, not We the People.
What The American Dream Really Is About
Another reason why we need reform is the purposeful, concerted lack of effort by members of Congress.
Individually, they might put on the appearance of taking a tough stand on illegal immigration, for example. But then, they turn around and throw their support behind a party nominee who wants to offer amnesty. This is how individual members of the House and Senate pass the buck and manage to play the constituency game—whereby they pretend to listen to you and tell you they are working on the issue but turn around and support leadership in Senate and House committees (and a President) that works precisely against the very issues the people think are important.
The sad truth is that the Democratic and Republican parties stole democracy from the American people long ago and have no intention of ever giving it back…

Embryos Created From Multiple Persons?
Interesting news indeed. Check it out on Yahoo.
Are we getting to that place Hitler once dreamed of—against our own determination that such desires were a threat? That place where there is a world full of genetically perfect and superior humans? Every year, science puts us closer to that gray area of ethics, genetics and evolutionary biology that science fiction writers love to tackle…

Hacker Group Anonymous Declares War On Scientology
The hacker group Anonymous has declared war on Scientology after the so-called church went into its customary litigation mode against a video posted on YouTube.
Here’s the video announcement released by Anonymous….
I got a kick out hearing the news—just as I did hearing of Germany’s recent decision that Scientology is a threat to their nation and refusal to grant them status as a religion. Other European countries are considering similar action it seems. That means they must continue paying corporate taxes as a for-profit corporation in Germany, at least. Scientology has fired back, angry at a German paper for comparing Tom Cruise to Nazi propagandist, Joseph Goebells.
The war is under way. Already there have been innocent victims in this cyber war. Also, the IT company Prolexic has chosen to side with Scientology, agreeing to defend them against the hacker attack. The company will now either sink or swim on how well they can defend their client.
Even if the company goes down, they’ll make a lot of money in the process. However, what is troubling to some is the thought that Prolexic also protects banks and credit unions. Do you want your bank money protected by a company defending cults that have been accused of brainwashing and murder and other not-so-nice things? There are a lot of what-if scenarios centered around ‘guilt by association’ that could cause not only Prolexic but its other clients difficulty.
I like underdogs myself and dislike cults, so I’m betting on Anonymous and against Prolexis and Scientology. Hey, if you bet, bet to win, right?
I am reminded of how my old band wrote a pro-hacker song called Crack Daddy years ago. About the same time, we also joked about the idea of a song focusing on Xenu and the whole space-warlord-exiles-people-to-Earth (which was called Teegeeack back then) thing…which ends with people strapped to volcanoes being blown up with hydrogen bombs. Most Scientologists will deny anything related to Xenu and suggest it is an auditing level. Google it and find out what that’s about.
Thankfully, Dianetics is a horribly written book, or else my mortal soul could have been in danger for reading it over a decade ago. Wiser for having read it—in that I know now that I should treat any Scientologist as I would any other person with mental health issues—I hope that if I’m ever in an auto accident Tom Cruise is nowhere near, so that I don’t have to worry about him stopping to offer his help. (I’m snickering really bad here…sorry…)
You can stay up to date on this war and get a frontline seat by checking out Project Chanology, the sort of command and control center for the effort.
Scientologists like to deny their organization has been anything other than a devoutly religious church, but evidence suggests otherwise. Like Mary Sue Hubbard (L. Ron Hubbard’s wife) and other Church leaders’ criminal convictions. You can read about those over at The New York Times web site.
I am particularly interested in this cyber war because of its relevance to assymetric warfare. In fact, if you aren’t aware of the implications this particular war might have and what other similar wars are being waged, you might want to check out a fantastic blog called Global Guerrillas. Billed as “An open notebook on the first epochal war of the 21st Century” it is a fascinating blog that I discovered a while back.
I’ve added a link for it in my blogroll (not sure why I didn’t think to do so long ago) to help spread the word about it. Some of the stories on it are fascinating examples of the broad spectrum of new conflict the world is experiencing. You think you know the face of warfare in the 21st century? Think again.
The interesting backdrop to all of this is what it means for all people of the world in terms of maintaining their liberties. Strange to say so, but it is true. Such warfare as Anonymous is waging may become one of the major tools in the arsenal of the discontent masses should more governments become totalitarian in nature. Given the trend around the world, that isn’t far fetched at all.
In fact, it is the likely outcome due to the continued push for globalization and the destruction of sovereignty of nations by the United Nations. Those who are unhappy with the direction of globalization, with the thought of global government, with the notion of Big Brother, and with the current measures seeking to take away personal freedoms and liberties under the guise of homeland security ought to be following this war between Anonymous and the Church of Scientology closely.
I saw one comment by an Anonymous member (if I am not mistaken) to the effect that this was the war that their previous efforts had prepared them for. That is an interesting comment as it suggests there are those interested in actually waging war against the establishment for purposes other than the fun of it, or just because its what one can do. To many, the war on the establishment is a war being fought to preserve freedoms for all people.
And yet, most such groups are seen as terrorists, criminals and whatnot for those types of actions. That is what will make this truly interesting to watch. How Anonymous comes out of this whole thing. Will they be seen (by the masses, not governments…we know how they will view Anonymous already—as a threat) as criminals and cyber-terrorists, or as champions of intellectual and spiritual freedom. And will they shoot themselves in the foot if they come out of it in a positive light by returning to causes viewed by the masses as simply malicious and not so noble?
The litigation and the denial of service attacks, propaganda war and hilarity of celebrity videos on YouTube are the least interesting aspect of it, when you consider it in that context.
In the meantime, you can see the video that makes you hope you never have to meet Tom Cruise and get information on what to do if the Church of Scientology comes after you and tries to assassinate your character or sue you into debt at the Suppressive Person Defense League web site. Weird that you have organizations dedicated to defending you against litigation by a supposed church, isn’t it?
Not really, if you’ve ever read the works of L. Ron Hubbard. I once owned the entire Mission Earth series in hardcover. His fiction was alright. Too bad there are people that can’t see the difference between science fiction and reality, though.

Big Brother’s Apocalyptic Beast-Marking Bash! Tickets: $YourSoul In Advance, $Totalitarianism At The Door
The US is becoming something far worse than George Orwell imagined in his novel 1984. The Real ID law passed by Congress will be in effect nationally within a few years and seeks to punish those states that oppose it.
Starting in May, you will not be allowed to board planes without a Real ID. Many states oppose the measure. I can only wait to see how the airline industry reacts and if they will side with the jackasses in the federal government or the people that pay their wages? We have had no more problems with hijacked planes, nor with planes being blown up since 9/11. How is it that our security measures aren’t working?
More to the point, why are we punishing American citizens and states, putting extra costs on them instead of requiring other nations whose citizens want to come to the USA to handle the vetting of their own citizens?
After 2017, you will not be able to drive in the USA without a Real ID driver’s license. I thought it was up to States to determine if their citizens should be driving or not? You won’t be admitted to federal buildings either, nor allowed to board planes without a Real ID.
You would have present some other recognized official documentation such as your Social Security card—which by law is not supposed to be used for identification purposes….

GIJOE From Brussels: Hasbro, Paramount And William Morris Insult American Armed Forces
It is time to boycott Paramount Pictures and every company remotely associated with the insult to America they are planning, including toymaker Hasbro.
What are they planning? They are going to make a movie based on the GI Joe character/action figures that American kids have grown up with. However, to push the politically correct globalization agenda, it will become ‘Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity’ operating out of Brussels. They will fight against a Scottish arms dealer rather than risk offending anyone and sending them against Islamic terrorists.
‘A Real American Hero’ is now going to become yet another institution of global government…

Wiki Disinfopedias And Mind Control In The Information Age
It’s been known for quite a while that companies have been editing their own entries on Wikipedia; celebrities have been at it for some time. A Mail & Guardian Online article reveals that The Wikipedia Scanner, created by Virgil Griffith, has cataloged a list of those doing so.
Microsoft has paid people to edit its own entry, which was quite a hot topic when that was discoverd. But, according to the article by Bobbie Johson, there are other organizations doing so that might surprise you.
For instance:
- Diebold, maker of voting machines.
- US Central Intelligence Agency
- The Vatican
While the intelligence agency of a nation editing the biographies of former leaders probably isn’t all that surprising, one has to take into consideration other things. Namely, that of censorship and disinformation—both of which have disastrous consequences, many of which are unforeseen by those who attempt to propagate them…

The Bourne Ultimatum: Movie Rocks, But Not How You Think
Paul Greengrass had something good. Now, he’s turned it into a gimmick. And it made for a disappointing third Bourne film.
Don’t get me wrong—the latest edition still is a lot better than the equivalent Bond film (even though I really liked it and am a big fan of Daniel Craig). But, it lost a lot of potential impact with all the damn jerking about of the camera.
If you get seasick easily or have trouble with a queasy stomach when flying, you might want to take some Dramamine or something to see this one…

Big Brother And The Profitability Of A Corporate Run Prison Society
Author George Orwell’s “Big Brother” from his novel 1984 was born quite some time ago. Big Brother has been growing up, and at long last, he’s getting ready to head out and take on the world.
In Britain, it is a reality and getting worse every day. Already, according to an article appearing on Red Herring’s site, remote controlled helicopter drones are being added to the surveillance apparatus of a nation where there is the equivalent of 1 monitoring camera for every 14 citizens in place already.
Briton’s live in the most monitored society on the planet. America is not far behind…

Of Novellas And Novelettes
For some reason my mind has been on novellas and novelettes recently. OK, I know why. I occasionally despair of ever getting a full-length novel written.
Which is part of the reason I blog.
When I start despairing, I cleverly try to convince myself that perhaps it is not meant to be a novel. Perhaps it is meant to be something else?
Still, a lot of the stories I have been dabbling with are simply not the kind to be told in a novel. Some are pushing well past short story length. The fact I have several in the works and have not finished them is—in part—ascribable to having focused my reading and learning of the craft on the short story form and novel.
Duly noting my lack of extensive reading and research on the craft of the two lengths/forms, I thought I would see what interesting things I could turn up online. I thought I would share the fruits of my labors with you…

Here’s Your Religion Of Peace
You know, I’ve cut Islam and related sects a lot of slack for those who are not radicals. No more. It is not even worth the bother, because they are a minority in the extreme. The evidence has always been that Islam is a religion of violence (and the Yazidi are little better).
I am tired of making excuses for those few who claim to be peaceful but never bother to take up arms against their fellow Muslims/Yazidi/whatever radical religion to force them to comply with civilized law. You want to be considered civilized, then you have to act civilized—and that means enforcing civilized law even if by force, and even if you must use said force against those of your own family, faith, race, etc.
More importantly, you don’t stone women to death because you don’t get your way.
Here, take a look at a peaceful religion in all its peaceful glory: a stoning of a young woman while dozens of men stand around and film it on their cellphones.
