Look, anti-Semitism is directed against the Jewish people, regardless of their faith (for there are Jewish people that are not practicing the traditional faith of their ancestors if we can call it that). Again, you’re doing what so many do and convoluting the word to suit a point you would like to make.

You might want to read around my blog a bit more. The first thing you might discover is that since I’m 1/4 Native American (I’m assuming you can figure out then what my heritage is like only two generations removed) and that as a result, racism isn’t exactly something I tolerate or care to ignore. I take any racist to task, regardless of their color. I have done so in my blog posts and by refusing to post comments which I feel are blatantly hateful and racist.

And you are right, the USA is indeed in violation of some of those articles. I point out the many problems with our government constantly in this blog, and I take to task every political party and every religion (see my recent post on The Creepy Evangelical Christian Influence In The American Military).

As to Jesus’ comment, it was about stoning a prostitute, not calling someone what they are or holding them accountable. Remember what he did when he lost his temper in the temple? Jesus threw down. He was a carpenter after all…probably in good shape too….

okay. so you’re not a racist. what would you prefer? ethnicist? religionist? Islam is blatantly a religion with both ethnic and religious properties — like Judaism. do you excuse anti-semitism by saying “judaism is a religion”?

as far as the UN Declaration of Universal Human Rights… I only had to get to article 5 before I found one the US is violating the hell out of:
“Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. ”

what’s that Jesus said about casting the first stone?

Secondly, you can find a statement amusing, but it does nothing to change its worth or lack of. The inequality of the distribution of wealth among the people in Muslim countries throughout the Middle East is one of the biggest complaints of those living there. I know, as I’ve heard it first hand from them when I was over there. You can read of it in newspapers and online media outlets pretty much on any given day of the week.

Complaining about how their leaders get filthy rich while they live in poverty is understandable. Anyone anywhere would probably want to do just the same. By your example which points out a similar trait in America, you are doing that same thing.

But, please—continue to laugh and ignore reality if it will make you feel better about yourself.

No one here has said Americans don’t complain about this or that. And yes, while we do have corporations and wealthy individuals, we also provide free educations for everyone and attempt to teach tolerance and espouse liberties—all things which Islam and many Muslim nations do not. In fact, according to the United Nations every Muslim nation is violating multiple articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I totally understand that there are simply people out there who believe criticism of any kind leveled at Islam makes them racist…even though you can’t be a racist even if you hate Islam and Muslims since neither constitutes a race (I know, I know…why don’t we just throw out language and dictionaries and call anything and everything whatever we feel like at the moment, right?).

I also understand that there are those who wrongly believe that if you criticize anyone of a different racial background than yourself, that too makes one a racist. That is an issue for those people to come to terms with, as it usually suggests their own latent issues with inequality and racism.

Now, if you read through my blog, you will see how I have on more than one occasion mentioned precisely why I don’t like or tolerate or have the slightest regard for racist groups and gangs such as the Aryan Brotherhood, the KKK, skinheads and any other racist groups—including those who are populated by those of other races and ethnic groups, such as La Raza and the many racist Hispanics which live in America.

Thank you for dropping by to read and share your thoughts. However, you might want to consider actually reading more of the blog before jumping the gun. The simple fact is that I have refused to approve posts that I feel crossed lines and were blatantly racist—by those from all over the globe and of all sorts of ethnic and racial backgrounds. Plenty of comments by those of Middle Eastern and Hispanic descent have been hate-filled spewings.

Nothing like America, the posterchild for equality, where 1% of the population controls holds over 40% of the wealth…

And you’re right about the soldiering part. I chuckled myself several times watching the video. None of them look like they ever served in any combat arms unit (unless as maybe a clerk). Looks like they probably picked up some of their tactics watching a DVD they ordered online…or from some 30 second clips they saw of some elite military unit on the History channel specials. Their basic IMT skills (individual movement techniques) are pretty poor, too.

On the plus side of that, they will make easy targets. There were a couple of cool guitar riffs in the music playing along to the video, though…

And they look like sloppy soldiers, too. They need to take some ballet classes or something if they want to dance around with their guns like that. I thought they were going to trip over each other at one point. I wonder what the out-takes look like.
